This is really well done. Each character has their own personality just as they are all from different games. What's better I like how each one doesn't really acknowledge the others (except for Cortana and chief, but they are from the same universe) it keeps the fact that they are all together a little more manageable in my opinion.

The natural progression of the eye is also done very well. Being pulled up the hill towards chief, but then pushed back down to go through everything again by the light at the top, very well done.

I usually don't like mash-ups, but this one is exceptional keep up the great work.

First off, who doesn't like a good character mashup, rock on there.
I'll jump right into the juicy "what could be better" points, because that's what really matters right?
The faces, like someone else pointed out are a bit lacking. The anatomy is pretty good in most places, but for such a high action piece I think they could use more contrast in order to hold some attention.
The asaris face in particular is quite muted, some harsher shadows or sharper highlights would do her good. Her mouth expression isn't quite convincing, though I do understand what you're trying for.
Same goes for Samus, more highlight. The ghost is doing ok and Cortanas face is spot on.
Other smaller points. Samus' torso looks a bit short. The center and right side of the rocks might use more definition. And the Chiefs armor looks a bit immobile in it's angularity and blockyness, blame the curvy ladies.

Overall great work though, much beyond the scope of work I usually shoot for.
